The #metoo campaign has facilitated the narrative around violence against women, with experiences being shared from personal and professional lives of women around the world. Naming the #metoo movement was just the beginning; we now need to be advocates in our corporate communities. Join us to explore some of the many questions and themes which have emerged recently in the workplace, as a result of the #metoo movement. We must continue these discussions, opening up an inclusive space to address the opportunities and challenges associated with moving ‘beyond the hashtag’ to bring about real change. Noeleen regularly advises HR teams and in-house legal counsel on various employment-related issues ranging from day to day employment matters (such as the implementation of policies and procedures) through to the management of specific individuals (in areas such as discipline, performance, fitness and probity, the investigation of allegations of bullying and harassment and the negotiation of managed exits). In addition, she has provided several onsite training sessions for clients in relation to the implementation of their HR policies.

She is passionate about strategic development and scaling and has recently launched a package for “Strategy Away Days” incorporating the facilitation of the day in line with company objectives and an output report for input into the strategic direction of the business/ team/ unit.

Caitlin was one of founding board members of IIBN in Ireland and was also the founding President of PWN. She has published a learning resource on networking which is CPD accredited called “Engage Lead Generation through Networking”. Caitlin is a regular contributor to radio and is retained by a number of MBA programmes.
