Speaker Series Event by Sarah Claxton

Event Details:

Creating diverse and inclusive workplaces isn’t just a “nice” thing to do; Diversity positively impacts teams and, ultimately, results. A 2016 Gallup report found that companies that had more diverse teams also had 46% to 58% better financial performance than companies that were below the median.

Once the time and effort has been invested into building a multitalented, multifaceted A-team, they will not stay if they don’t feel valued, understood, and comfortable. That’s where inclusion—making employees feel valued, welcome and comfortable being who they are—comes in.

Hear from Sarah Claxton, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Communications Lead at ESB. She will share some of the strategies, programmes and initiatives that make workplaces inclusive and how to implement this in your business.
